Vacancy and placement management

Boolaroo, New South Wales 2284

Housing Match is an independent disability housing platform helping people with disability, families, Support Coordinators and professionals find suitable homes and supports across SIL, SDA, ILO and other housing options. Our approach starts with the person—their support needs, preferences, location and compatibility with the home and existing residents. For providers, Housing Match brings together property listings, enquiries, applications, compatibility assessments and tools to manage vacancies and placements. Our Provider Directory also helps people discover housing and support organisations. We connect people, homes and supports to enable more informed choices and better housing outcomes.
