Bella Vita Nursing & Community Care is a registered NDIS provider delivering nursing, personal care and in-home support across Melbourne. What makes us different is our ability and willingness to accept complex and high-intensity clients who may require a higher level of clinical support. Our experienced Registered Nurses provide complex wound care, catheter and stoma care, medication management, diabetes support and other high-intensity nursing services, with nursing support available 24/7. We are also highly responsive to new referrals and, in many cases, can commence services at short notice, helping clients, families and support coordinators put urgent supports in place quickly. As a smaller, responsive provider, we offer personalised care, quick communication and flexible support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Complex cases are welcome.
