Vitalya is a social work-led NDIS practice based in Turramurra, delivering Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching across Greater Sydney. The practice works primarily with participants managing complex psychosocial disability and neurodivergence, drawing on an AASW-accredited clinical background to navigate plans that other coordination models often struggle with. Vitalya does not deliver direct supports alongside coordination, coordination and service delivery are kept strictly separate, so recommendations are never shaped by a conflict of interest. Sessions run via telehealth or in person depending on what participants need, with responses to new referrals typically same business day. Coordination is available in English, Hindi, and Nepali.
