Breakthru is a prominent not-for-profit organisation and part of the Royal Rehab Group, supporting people with mental health and disability challenges across Australia for over 25 years. Operating across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, Breakthru provides services that promote independence, wellbeing and community inclusion. Its services include Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Social and Community Participation, NDIS Music Therapy, School Leaver Employment Supports, Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), Family Mental Health Support Services and the Pathways Homelessness Program. As a registered NDIS provider and charity, Breakthru supports more than 2,500 customers annually through tailored programs developed in collaboration with individuals, families and carers. With offices across metropolitan and regional areas and a head office in Rydalmere, NSW, Breakthru is committed to helping people build skills and access opportunities.
